New Year's Resolution 1st Idea

My sister-in-law was my best friend in high school and we decided the only way we can be sisters is that she would have to marry my brother or I would have to marry hers. Her brother was a couple years younger than us, and my brother was a few years older so she ended up marrying mine.
Our plan worked! She is one of the most talented people I know. She is brilliant, kind, very organized, spiritual, creative.... You got the idea. She is always coming up with fabulous ideas of how to organize her life. She had my mom make her vinyl for this awesome board. When she sent me the picture of it, I knew I had to have one myself. The calendar vinyl and words (Notes, Menu, and Shopping List) will be available to buy January 1.
Supplies:
-White board (My sister-in-law got a big plywood board that had the white top on it and then had it cut in the store)
-Electrical Tape
-Permanent Marker
-Strong magnets for the back if you want to put it on your fridge.
How to make:
1. If you used the plywood from your local home store that had the white top on it, you will need to take the electrical tape and cover the sides.
2. Place your vinyl on the white board where you would like it.
3. Use a permanent marker to make your month line, and to divide each section.
4. Add your magnets on the back if you want to put it on the fridge.

Mod Podge Magnet Tiles

I just loves these little tiles. My sister-in-law made these tile magnets. We made the vinyl and she made these adorable magnets. We are coming up with different holidays to put on the tiles, and we will be coming out with teachers magnets soon.
Supply list:
1. 1 1/2 inch tiles (Found in tile section in your local home store. )
2. Scrap booking paper
3. VINYL
4. Modge Podge glue
5. Magnets
6. Strong glue to glue the magnets on the back
How to make them:
1. Cut scrap booking paper the fit on a tile
2. Glue the paper on the tile
3. Modge Podge the paper. (Follow the instructions on the bottle) (You will probably have to do 3 coats. Let each coat dry before you put another coat on.)
4. Stick the vinyl on the top of the paper. (You can Modge Podge over the vinyl if you like)
5. Glue the magnets on the back

Teacher Gifts and More

This is new quote for a 6x6 tile. This is perfect for a teacher. This graphic will be available to buy the first of the year.
I got a basket from the dollar store and put all my goodies inside. With my tile I put the snowflake magnets and fresh citrus smells for the house.

This idea I got from my sister in law. I went down to the local home store and bought some tile that they use for back splashes in kitchens. They come in little squares and I cut them all apart. I added little vinyl snowflakes on the top and glued magnets to the back. They turned out really cute. Perfect gift for a teacher or neighbor.

It is always cute to put your magnets in a bag.

I had to put this picture in. I know it is not vinyl, but I thought it was too cute not to share. My really good friend LOVES IBC root beer. I thought I would dress up her root beer for a gift. :)
